Awful. Absolutely avoid!!!

I bought a used Nissan xtrail, in April 2021. It became immediately apparent there was problems with it, but gave the benefit of the doubt, it was an older car after all. I paid £1800 for the vehicle. he said there was no warranty despite his website promising EVERY vehicle sold with warranty and AA breakdown. The car is not fit for use, i have been driving it with my fiance and t small children and its a death trap. I approached him and he refused any offer of help except "i'll take a look" but no offer to put the car right except at my own cost. His actual words were (and i have proof) "if you want a decent car, get a job and pay more" (i am disabled) he became rude and aggressive when i pressed him. the car has an engine fault, the car pulls to the left so much it has made the front nearside tyre completely bald on the outer, there are rusty holes o the underside, o much so that you can put your hand into the boot from underneath. \DO NOT GIVE THIS CON MAN YOUR MONEY.
